This course is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of MCT trauma-informed care, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to create a supportive and compassionate environment for individuals who have experienced trauma, specifically within a mobile crisis encounter.By the end of this course, you will be able to:1. Demonstrate an understanding of trauma concepts.2. Describe the relationship between mobile crisis team (MCT) services and trauma-informed care (TIC).3. Describe the importance of trauma-informed approaches within MCT services.4. Implement principles of a TIC approach within MCT services.
