This class focuses on essential step patterns, footwork, and musical timing while gradually building intensity. You will improve coordination, cardiovascular endurance, and lower-body strength while gaining the confidence to move with purpose. Every session is structured to help participants feel successful, supported, and challenged at the right pace.
