Course Detail: SSS - Strength, Stability & Stretch
Everyday wellness starts with the ability to move confidently, comfortably, and safely. Strength, Stability & Stretch with Lori Mathews is a full-body fitness class designed to help participants build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility, and support long-term mobility through intentional movement.Each session combines functional strength exercises, stability and balance training, core work, and guided stretching to help improve posture, coordination, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace while developing strength and movement patterns that support everyday activities and overall wellness.This low-impact class is designed to help reduce stiffness, improve mobility, strengthen stabilizing muscles, and increase confidence in movement. Whether your goal is improving flexibility, preventing injury, building core strength, or simply feeling stronger and more mobile throughout the day, this class provides a supportive and welcoming environment for a variety of fitness levels.Move with purpose, improve mobility, and build strength that helps you feel better both inside and outside the gym. **Note: Participants should bring 3-5lb weights. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
