Biography: Lori Mathews is a Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 30 years experience. She has multiple specialty certifications and trainings in Pilates, Reformer, Yoga, Barre and The Biomechanics Method. She has a dance background in jazz, tap and ballet and has performed on a collegiate level with OCU?s American Spirit Dance Company. Her dance background has influenced her teaching style that incorporates coordination, balance, strength and flexibilty. She currently instructs at various corporations and public venues around Oklahoma City. Lori is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with almost 30 years serving in hospitals and clinics and has even been a chef for a local mid-size company. She recently founded Functional Wellness, LLC which is a nutrition counseling business focused on addressing the root cause of illness and disease prevention. Lori has a passion for teaching, supporting and encouraging others to find a better quality of life through healthy eating, cooking and fitness. |

For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
