MetroFIT Bike Tribe with Chris Wilson offers participants an energizing way to improve fitness while enjoying the outdoors and connecting with fellow riders.This class focuses on building cardiovascular endurance, leg strength, and riding confidence through supportive group cycling experiences. Participants are encouraged to ride at a comfortable pace while gradually improving stamina and consistency over time.More than just exercise, Bike Tribe creates a motivating wellness community that encourages accountability, connection, and personal growth. Whether you are an experienced rider or getting back on the bike, this class helps you stay active while enjoying the journey. **Note: Participants need their bicycles, bike helmets, water bottle (optional). ***Special Note: Kids ride free with a paid adult and must be accompanied by an adult to participate.
