Course Detail: BCAMPAM.SAT - MetroFIT Bootcamp AM Saturdays
Saturdays are for showing up strong. MetroFIT Bootcamp Saturdays with Tamara "Coach T" Berry is a dynamic, full-body workout designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and mental focus in an energizing group environment. Each class blends bodyweight exercises, strength training, and cardio-based movement to help participants build power, improve conditioning, and move with confidence. Workouts are adaptable, allowing participants to increase or decrease intensity while still feeling challenged and successful. MetroFIT Bootcamp is about effort, consistency, and progress. You will leave class feeling accomplished, energized, and ready to take on the rest of your day knowing you put in the work. **Note: Participants will need a mat and dumbbells.
***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
