Saturday Power Walk Club with Tamara Berry is designed to help participants build endurance, improve cardiovascular health, and strengthen the body through energizing outdoor walking sessions combined with light toning exercises.Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up featuring movements like gentle arm swings, leg lifts, and bodyweight squats to prepare the body for movement. Participants then move through steady-paced power walking segments that are paired with focused strengthening exercises such as calf raises, lunges, and other low-impact toning movements for a full-body workout experience.Power walking offers more than just movement. It can help reduce stress, elevate mood, strengthen the immune system, and lower the risk of chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease by 25-50%. This class also creates a welcoming environment where participants can stay accountable, connect with others, and develop healthy habits in a fun and supportive setting.Whether you are restarting your fitness journey, looking for consistent weekend activity, or wanting a low-impact workout that delivers real results, Saturday Power Walk Club helps you move stronger, feel better, and build wellness one step at a time. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available.
