Course Detail: WELD.BSC - Welding Basics - S500

Learn the fundamentals of cutting and welding processes. Focus on hands-on applications, along with safety and theory. Welding processes include SMAW (stick), GMAW (MIG), FCAW (Flux cored) and GTAW (TIG). Cutting processes include OFC (oxyfuel cutting) and PAC (plasma arc cutting). This is an excellent course for home and farm applications and serves as an introduction to industrial welding applications.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refunds must be requested a minimum of three business days prior to the first meeting of the course to qualify for a full refund. Refunds requested less than three business days before a course begins will be subject to a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the second course meeting. No refunds will be given for books, supplies, or any other non-tuition items. Refunds cannot be issued for non-attendance.
