Course Detail: XHH.LVL2 - Xtreme Hip Hop Step Intermediate & Advanced
This class is for participants who already know the basics and are ready to move with confidence and control. Xtreme Hip Hop Step (Intermediate/Advanced) with Shauntae Antwine delivers athletic step choreography set to high-energy hip hop music, designed to challenge both your body and your focus.
Each session features layered combinations, quick transitions, and rhythmic movement that improve cardiovascular endurance, lower-body strength, balance, and coordination. The pace is energizing, the environment is supportive, and the goal is progress, not perfection.
