Course Detail: RHYSWEAT - Rhythm & Sweat Cardio Dance
Rhythm & Sweat with Joy Jones is designed for participants who want a fun, feel-good workout that combines music, movement, and cardio. This class uses rhythmic, dance-inspired movement to help improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.Each session flows through dynamic movement patterns that keep the body moving and the energy high, while remaining accessible for all fitness levels. You will focus on continuous motion, musical timing, and full-body engagement that supports cardiovascular health and total-body conditioning.Rhythm & Sweat is about letting go, staying active, and enjoying the process of movement. You will leave class feeling refreshed, confident, and ready to keep moving. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
