Biography: Joy Jones is a fitness enthusiast and professional combining her love of dance and fitness into a fun, engaging, and effective workout. She has been and avid dancer for the past 15 years enjoying a variety of dance styles including hip-hop, and partnered dance styles like West Coast Swing and Swingout. She has been teaching cardio dance based fitness classes since 2022. Joy has taught students of all ages and is dedicated to empowering students of any ability to reach their health and fitness goals. |

This high-energy class blends easy-to-follow dance movement with cardio-driven flow to keep your heart rate up and your mood lifted.Come ready to move, sweat, and leave feeling energized and accomplished. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
