Biography: Joy Jones is a fitness enthusiast and professional combining her love of dance and fitness into a fun, engaging, and effective workout. She has been and avid dancer for the past 15 years enjoying a variety of dance styles including hip-hop, and partnered dance styles like West Coast Swing and Swingout. She has been teaching cardio dance based fitness classes since 2022. Joy has taught students of all ages and is dedicated to empowering students of any ability to reach their health and fitness goals.
