Course Detail: PBS - Pilates Burn & Stretch
Claire Belden's Pilates Burn & Stretch at MetroFIT is a low-impact, full-body practice that promotes mindful movement and intentionality. With a focus on core engagement and proper alignment, this class helps prevent injury while strengthening muscles, improving posture, and enhancing overall balance and mobility. The workout is designed to deliver a deep muscular burn while also incorporating stretches that release tension and increase flexibility. Ideal for anyone looking to combine strength and stretch in a single session, Claire's class brings a sense of mindfulness to your movement that leaves you feeling revitalized and aligned. **Note: Participants need a yoga mat, 2-5lb dumbbells, small exercise ball and a Pilates ring. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
