Biography: Claire Belden, a distinguished graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a BFA in Ballet Pedagogy and a BS in Nonprofit Business, is an ACE-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. With over 500 hours of Yoga and Pilates certification, Claire's 30-year journey in dance began with cross-training in Pilates at age 10. She has dedicated the past decade to wellness, teaching and performing professionally as an aerialist and dancer. Passionate about functional fitness and mental health, Claire empowers others to embrace their strength and achieve holistic wellness. She is thrilled to be part of the MetroFIT Team, where she fosters a supportive environment for students to build confidence and grow into their healthiest selves.

Heart Healthy Workout with Claire Belden focuses on steady, low-to-moderate intensity movement designed to support cardiovascular health while keeping your body moving comfortably and confidently.This class is approachable, energizing, and perfect for anyone looking to stay active, improve endurance, and feel good doing it. **Note: Participants need a yoga mat and set of dumbbells. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.

Looking for a workout that strengthens your body and leaves you feeling refreshed instead of worn out? Pilates Burn & Stretch with Claire Belden blends controlled strength work with deep, intentional stretching to help you move better, feel stronger, and reset your body. This class is all about building strength with purpose while giving your muscles the stretch and recovery they deserve. **Note: Participants need a yoga mat, 2-5lb dumbbells, small exercise ball and a Pilates ring. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available.
