Staying active is one of the best ways to support long-term heart health, and Heart Healthy Workout with Claire Belden is designed to make movement both effective and accessible. This class combines low-impact cardio, functional strength, and gentle mobility to help participants improve endurance, circulation, and overall energy levels.Each session moves at a steady pace, allowing participants to focus on consistency, proper form, and controlled effort. Exercises are adaptable, making this class welcoming for a wide range of fitness levels, including those returning to exercise or looking for a supportive group environment.Heart Healthy Workout is about moving with intention, building confidence, and creating sustainable habits that support overall wellness. You will leave class feeling energized, accomplished, and encouraged to keep moving.**Note: Participants need a yoga mat and set of dumbbells. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
