Course Detail: BBW.LVL1 - Bodied with Bands & Weights
Strength training should feel empowering, motivating, and fun. Bodied w/ Bands & Weights with Shauntae Antwine delivers a dynamic full-body workout designed to build muscular strength, endurance, and confidence in an upbeat group environment.Using resistance bands and weighted exercises, participants challenge multiple muscle groups while improving stability, coordination, and overall conditioning. Every workout is designed to be scalable, allowing participants to work at their own level while continuing to grow stronger over time.This class pushes you to move with intention, embrace your power, and celebrate progress. You will leave feeling energized, accomplished, and stronger both mentally and physically. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
