Course Detail: MCHRYOGA - MetroFIT Chair Yoga
Sometimes the body needs movement that restores instead of exhausts. Chair Yoga with Lori Mathews creates a welcoming space where participants can gently improve flexibility, posture, balance, and mobility through seated and supported movement. Each class combines mindful breathing, stretching, and low-impact exercises designed to reduce tension, improve circulation, and support overall wellness. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace while reconnecting with their bodies in a calm, encouraging environment. Whether you are recovering from stress, easing back into fitness, or simply looking for a more accessible form of movement, Chair Yoga helps you feel stronger, more mobile, and more refreshed both physically and mentally. ***Please Note: Childcare is not available. For safety and focus, children are not permitted in class. Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Those who arrive with children may be asked to leave.
