Course Detail: PBS - Pilates Burn & Stretch

Claire Belden's Pilates Burn & Stretch at MetroFIT is a low-impact, full-body practice that promotes mindful movement and intentionality. With a focus on core engagement and proper alignment, this class helps prevent injury while strengthening muscles, improving posture, and enhancing overall balance and mobility. The workout is designed to deliver a deep muscular burn while also incorporating stretches that release tension and increase flexibility. Note: Participants need a yoga mat, 2-5lb dumbbells, small exercise ball and a Pilates ring.
