Start Somewhere: A Practical Blueprint for AI Adoption in the Enterprise

Most organizations know AI is important - but few have built the structure to actually act on it. This talk cuts through the hype and gets practical. Sarah Bhatia, Director of AI Product Innovation at Slingshot, and Matthew Griffith, Director of Business and Digital Transformation at Louisville Water Company, bring complementary vantage points to a conversation that is equal parts industry insight and real-world experience. Together, they explore what a true innovation relationship between an organization and a technology partner can look like - and how it can close the gap between opportunity and execution without requiring a massive budget, a new team, or a big platform bet. If you're a business leader trying to figure out where to start, this talk is built for you.
