Planning must go on for both the shorter and longer term horizons, and boards, employees and customers expect that leadership is thinking about what the future looks like as they move organizations ahead. This session will talk about some of the perils of making decisions in times of uncertainty, and the risks of NOT continuing to move the organization ahead. We will also outline some tools that can be used to help make better decisions and adapt to change.
