Course Detail: IWPA - Inspiring Women in Public Administration Conference
Each year, KU's Public Management Center proudly hosts the Inspiring Women in Public Administration (IWPA) Conference-a dynamic gathering designed to elevate, connect, and empower women across public service.
Join a community of leaders and emerging professionals as we come together to innovate, influence, and inspire. Through engaging sessions and meaningful conversations, participants will build practical skills, expand their professional networks, and reignite their passion for leadership and service.
This year's theme, Mattering, centers on a powerful idea: that people thrive when they feel seen, valued, and significant. As part of your registration, you will receive a copy of The Power of Mattering: How Leaders Can Create a Culture of Significance by Zach Mercurio. Together, we will explore how leaders can intentionally create environments where individuals-and organizations-flourish.
New this year, attendees have the option to enhance their experience by adding a professional headshot session-an opportunity to invest in your personal brand while connecting with peers.
Don't miss this inspiring and energizing experience. Be part of a movement dedicated to strengthening women's leadership in public service.
