Course Detail: How It's Made: Art Edition

You'll spend some time with an artist as they share examples of their work and talk through the ideas and experiences that shaped their style. They'll walk you through parts of their process, discuss the tools and techniques they enjoy, and reflect on how they first got into their medium. It's a relaxed, conversational session with room for questions and a chance to hear what inspires the person behind the art.

The session on 3/10/26 will feature a special visit from Debora Kay Designs, a regional stained glass artist known for her detailed craftsmanship and bright, layered designs. She'll share examples of her work, talk about how she first got started in stained glass, and walk us through parts of her process-from choosing glass to shaping, foiling, and assembling a piece. You can attend this session either in-person or via Zoom.
