About This Course

What makes a good photograph? How can your images go from good to great? In this hands-on, three-day camp, students will learn all about digital photography and practice with fun activities. Introduction to concepts of photography, composition and critiquing of images will be covered in this camp designed specifically for teens. Students will need a smartphone or a digital camera with an SD memory card.

Before Camp: Take 5 images of any subject that can be rephotographed later on. These images can beemailed or brought in on a memory card.

Registration

Georgia Southern University offers a variety of camps and programs which bring minor participants to campus. (A minor is defined as anyone under the age of 18.) Georgia Southern is committed to best practices that will provide a safe and healthy environment for all who participate in these programs. A youth program waiver form must be completed by the parent or guardian of each participant upon registration of the camp or program. The minor will not be able to participate in the program without the waiver form submitted to the university prior to the start of the camp or program.
