Shift Change is a high-impact educational conference designed to empower the women driving the industrial sector. Hosted by Georgia Southern University's Division of Continuing and Professional Education, this summit moves beyond the typical networking event, offering a rigorous professional development environment for those who design, build, and manage the world's most critical systems. 

In a sector where women make up a small percentage of the workforce, Shift Change provides more than just technical training; it provides a powerful sense of community. This is where we bridge the gap between technical grit and strategic leadership, bringing together voices from the plant floor to the executive suite to share the unique strategies required to succeed, lead, and transform a male-dominated field.

This summit will focus on four transformative educational tracks designed to help you take up space and lead with authority:
