Course Description

Soundcheck Saturdays is a monthly spoken word performance lab designed to help poets and creatives get stage-ready. Each session focuses on voice, presence, and performance practice-giving participants the tools to rehearse, refine, and share their work in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
This course blends performance fundamentals with hands-on mic time, helping participants move from page to stage with confidence. Whether preparing for an open mic, showcase, or first performance, Soundcheck Saturdays offers the rehearsal space before the spotlight.
