**This program is designed to prepare students for the national certification exam offered by AAERT (American Association of Electronic Reporters and Transcribers). The Board of Court Reporting of the Judicial Council of Georgia recognizes AAERT Certification for court reporting certification in Georgia.
In addition, students must also be prepared to pass the Georgia test. All materials required to pass the test can be found on the Board of Court Reporting website within the rules and regulations, policy documents, and advisory opinions issued by the Board.
