Course Description: Foods of the World 3 Youth Camp: SE Asia
Chef Dom spent half his adult life living in SE Asia and fell in love with its rich food culture. Students are invited to come and learn the vibrant flavors from Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Taiwan! From BBQ pork, to steamed buns, to beef lok lakm, and beyond, students will learn how to prepare a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert in this camp. Taught in a fun and welcoming environment by Cascade Culinary Institute Adjunct Instructor, Chef Dom Shorthouse, and Chef Instructor, Anthony Parker. Recipe book to take home included.
