Course Detail: W-PE-YOGA-ALL - Yoga - All Levels

This beginner-friendly yoga class is designed to create a supportive and inclusive space for all levels. Through gentle movement, foundational poses, and mindful breathing, participants will explore yoga at a pace that feels comfortable for them. The class encourages relaxation, flexibility, and strength-building. Everyone is welcome, whether you're completely new to yoga or looking for a gentle, guided practice.

Tuition: $99

Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing suitable for movement. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and arrive a few minutes early to set up their mat and personal space before class begins. A limited number of mats may be available for use for those who do not have their own. 

This course is offered as a series, and missed classes do not qualify for a refund.
