This class satisfies the Health Care Provider CPR certification requirement for the CEI Health Professions Division and is for those working in a medical field. Class components includes adult and pediatric CPR, foreign-body airway obstruction, two-rescuer CPR, and new information on barrier devices, stroke, and automated external defibrillation. The certification is through the American Heart Association and is good for 2 years. The cost of the book is included in the cost of the class.
