This class will introduce the student with the overall goal of the Basic Training Course in RADAR Speed Measurement, the specific performance objectives of the program, and the contents of each lesson unit. It will also refresh and expand the student's knowledge of the speed problem in general, and the existing body of laws created to deal with the problem. It will also acquaint the student with basic principles of traffic RADAR and the factors that can affect the accuracy and effectiveness of RADAR units.
