This course includes instructional content for Mayday and FF Safety & Survival. This course will present the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to satisfy the key requirements of NFPA 1407: Standard for Training Fire Service Rapid Intervention Crews (2020 edition). This course should be offered consistent with the most current NC Fire and Rescue Commission guidelines. Contact the Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM) for details.
