This course deals with the safe operation of emergency vehicles, driving skills, legal implications of emergency driving. departmental standard operating procedures, and abilities to satisfy the key requirements of NFPA 1002: Standard for Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator Professional Qualifications (2017 edition).
