Currently Program and Accreditation Manager for the Family Medicine Residency program at Central Maine Medical Center. This involves ensuring program compliance with accreditation agencies, managing first, second, and third-year medical residents through the program, and developing and improving processes in the program and healthcare system.

Previously was a Performance Improvement and Systems Optimization Manager for Central Maine Medical Center, helping to improve performance and care delivery throughout the health system by optimizing and streamlining care delivery systems with key stakeholders and teams, in alignment with system strategic priorities. 

Formerly Senior Manager of Operations at EnviroLogix, Inc. in Portland, producing commodity lateral flow detection devices for identification of GMOs in crops globally, with a focus on lean process improvements through kaizen events and visual management techniques. 

MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt through Villanova University, LSS Black and Green Belt through USM, and BS in Clinical Laboratory Science from University of New England. Lifelong resident of Lewiston.

You will learn many of the Lean Six Sigma techniques, problem-solving methods, and use of statistical tools. A Green Belt certificate will give you all the skills needed to be an effective project leader. A Green Belt certificate is a prerequisite for the Black Belt certificate.
