Biography: Chip started his career in accounting and auditing working for Ernst and Young in Portland, ME. He quickly found his way into the finance area at a large regional grocery store chain, Hannaford Bros. Co. Over the course of his 23 years there, he held down 14 different roles in Finance, Market Research, Product Analysis, Category Management, leading the operations of the Guiding Stars program, and finally several leadership roles in Compensation, Benefits and HR. Over the last 9 years he put his talents to use in the mortgage industry, first leading the HR function for Residential Mortgage Services, Inc. and most recently after the RMS merger with Guild Mortgage, as the Vice President HR, Northeast. He is a "Mainer" except when he attended and graduated from Merrimack College with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
