Amy Jackson

Amy Jackson is a resident of Massachusetts.  With nearly twenty years' experience in Human Resources, and a passion for working with teams, she began exploring how the mindset and practices of Agile might help "non-technology" teams achieve high performance in order to deliver value to customers faster. After completing the Emergn Agile Expert Coaching Pathway in 2017 she started coaching the Vistaprint Talent & Experience team (formerly known as HR) which led to a complete transformation in how they approached their work and delivery against an employee centric strategy.  While working at Vistaprint she led the Agile Transformation and Talent & Experience Delivery Team.  Amy joined Bottomline Technologies in June of 2019 as Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development where she continues to apply the mindset and principles of Agile to HR.  Amy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from the University of New Hampshire.  She is an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching and Agile Team Facilitation.
