Amy Jackson
Biography:

Amy Jackson is a resident of Massachusetts.  With nearly twenty years' experience in Human Resources, and a passion for working with teams, she began exploring how the mindset and practices of Agile might help "non-technology" teams achieve high performance in order to deliver value to customers faster. After completing the Emergn Agile Expert Coaching Pathway in 2017 she started coaching the Vistaprint Talent & Experience team (formerly known as HR) which led to a complete transformation in how they approached their work and delivery against an employee centric strategy.  While working at Vistaprint she led the Agile Transformation and Talent & Experience Delivery Team.  Amy joined Bottomline Technologies in June of 2019 as Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development where she continues to apply the mindset and principles of Agile to HR.  Amy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from the University of New Hampshire.  She is an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching and Agile Team Facilitation.

This training program focuses on both the areas of "being agile" and "doing agile" of Agile Coaching and Leadership. This highly interactive workshop makes ample use of discussions and exercises to help participants hone essential coaching skills like self-awareness, coaching stance, mentoring, facilitation, active listening, powerful questioning and coaching for action. The course explores real-world scenarios/situations and challenges and helps participants devise powerful solutions to them. It will help the learner differentiate between and among teaching, mentoring, facilitating, consulting, and coaching, and will help them gain the skills needed to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution.
