Biography: C Waite Maclin has been a Psychotherapist, Organizational consultant and is certified to administer the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator® and Emotional Intelligence (ESCI). He was a board member of "The Training Center for Emotional Intelligence and Human Relations Training." Waite was a training officer for the U.S. Peace Corps in the Philippines. Through Organizational Consultation, he focuses on team building, conflict resolution, goal setting, mission development, program planning, and leadership training.
