Biography: Jacqueline Bucar taught high school French in Connecticut for 16 years before pursuing a career in law. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BS; from Wesleyan University with a Master's of Liberal Studies, majoring in Literature and History; and from the University of Connecticut School of Law with a JD. She is a retired immigration attorney. |
