Katherine Maloney, MBA, has over twenty-five years of experience in Human Resources. The scope of her knowledge and background have enabled success for former affiliates in health care, financial services, as well as higher education. She has worked with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Fidelity Investments, Bank of Boston, and both Babson and Emmanuel Colleges. Currently, Katherine provides career coaching for individuals as well as organizational consulting focused on building positive workplaces through her firm, WorkPaths Consulting.  Katherine has earned a BA of History fromBoston College and an MBA from Babson College.
