Biography:

Susan Knapp, PhD., has over twenty-five years of experienceas a manager and trainer. She has also served as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies, universities, government agencies, hospitals, and the United States Air Force. She is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Sue is originally from Pennsylvania and has been in Maine for over twenty years. Her doctorate is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University.
