Course Detail: C_STRATEGIESFORSUCCESS - Strategies for Success in Local Government

This series offers strategic approaches to challenges that local and regional governments are facing in Maine. The series is specifically designed for Municipal Managers, County Managers, elected County Commissioners, elected Municipal Officials, Planning Directors, Councils of Government, students, and the larger university community. The series is co-developed and hosted by the University of Southern Maine's Muskie School of Public Service; USM's Cutler Institute; Maine Town, City and County Management Association; Maine Municipal Association; Maine County Commissioners Association; and the University of Maine Graduate & Professional Center.

The series is composed of six, 1-hour webinars over 2021-2022 and draws on expertise at the Cutler Institute; Muskie School; Maine Town, City and County Management Association; and partners at other affiliated institutions. Logistical support for this series is from the Cutler Institute, Muskie School, and University of Maine Graduate and Professional Center.
