This two-day immersion in the SPIRITWORKS method is designed to develop our innate capacity for inspiration, empowerment and mastery, thereby becoming more fulfilled in our work as educators?and in
our lives. The multi-disciplinary, interactive training will explore the SPIRITWORKS Training Model and cultivate the Five Attributes that are key to achieving transformative outcomes in our classrooms, schools and communities.

Integrating dramatic arts, self-reflection, leadership training, peer-to-peer coaching methods and Greek philosophy, the SPIRITWORKS approach proceeds from three premises, each rooted in growth mindset and personal responsibility.
