Participants will learn to apply Personal Leadership in their own lives and work, allowing for

more balance and ease in communication across differences. Participants will know when they are

restricted in their presence and have a practice to implement for operating at their highest and best.

Engaging change with confidence and openness, participants will learn to skillfully meet conflict with curiosity, moving themselves and others towards appreciation and mutual-meaning making. Participants will create a personal vision and develop a practice of alignment.
