Instructor: William Monaco

Biography: William A. Monaco is an optometrist and holds a doctorate in vision sciences. He retired from Salus University in Pennsylvania, where he was associate dean in biomedicine and associate director of the master's in public health program. His practice and research focus on aging and nursing home care.
