Instructor: Kay Menzel

Biography: Kay Menzel is a former government aide and deputy supervisor of elections for Hillsborough County who led similar groups for a lifelong learning institute at Northern Illinois University. She has held a variety of leadership positions at OLLI-USF and has been a faculty member since 2005.
