Instructor: Diane Altwies


Diane Buckley-Altwies is the chief executive officer of Core Performance Concepts, Inc. (CPC). She has over 25 years managing software development projects and training thousands on best practices in project management. Her expertise is in evaluating business processes to determine and quantify the value-added and non-value added processes.She is the author of three books: Achieve PMPr Exam Success; Achieve CAPMr Exam Success; and Program Management Professional. Diane holds a master's degree in finance and marketing, and a bachelor's degree in management of information systems and production management, both from the University of South Florida. She is an active member of PMI Orange County and was honored as a PMIFellow for her contribution to the profession of project management in2012.
