Instructor: Bob Wignall


Bob Wignall is the director of human resources and training at Prison Rehabilitative Industries and Diversified Enterprises (PRIDE), the company operating the correctional industries in Florida's state prisons. Bob graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in history. He also holds a master of science in education and a doctorate in organizational management.Bob began his career as a commissioned Army lieutenant and served 24 years in infantry, airborne, ranger and military intelligence units. He retired in 1992 as a lieutenant colonel. After leaving the military, Bob worked for the Florida Department of Labor Job Service for five years before joining PRIDE. In 2008, he was certified as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR). Bob is a member of American Society for Training Development (ASTD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is president of the Tampa Bay Rutgers Alumni Club.
