In order to maintain a Professional Certificate for the General Industry credentials, it is necessary to complete five (5) Continuing Education Units (CEU) every two years.

If you have completed the required five (5) CEUs before the expiration of your current Professional Certificate for the General Industry, please select this course.  Then please notify the University of South Florida OSHA Training Institute Education Center so that the necessary paperwork can be completed and the new certificate issued.

Certificate fee is nonrefundable. Policies, procedures, and certificate requirements are subject to change without notice. Any rules, regulations, or discounts prior to August 2016 are not valid.
