Medical Terminology: A Short Course

Medical Terminology will help the CDM, CFPP understand medical terms used in clinical charting and will enhance clinical knowledge as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team.

Students will have access to this online course for up to six (6) months.
Upon completion of the course you will be able to print documentation of completion for 10 hours of continuing education.

Kelly Jo Zellmann, MS, RDN has over two decades of experience working in various healthcare settings as a clinical and consultant dietitian. She knows first-hand the value of the CDM, CFPP credential and is dedicated to inspiring future CDM, CFPPs to reach their goal of earning this valued certification. For the past 10 years, Kelly Jo has also been an adjunct faculty instructor and preceptor for the University of North Dakota's (UND's) Nutrition and Foodservice Training Program. She is proud of the hundreds of students she has mentored who have gone on to pass the CDM credentialing exam. Kelly Jo graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree from UND in 1999 and earned her Master's degree in Nutrition with an emphasis on Nutrition Education and Counseling from UND in 2018.
