T&L 2900: The Let Them Theory Book Review

This book review course explores The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins, focusing on the transformative idea of releasing control over others to gain greater personal freedom and clarity. Through guided discussion, reflection, and practical exercises, participants will examine how attempts to control people and outcomes can lead to stress and frustration, and how adopting a "Let Them" mindset can improve relationships, decision-making, and emotional well-being. The course emphasizes real-life application, helping individuals recognize where they can let go, set healthier boundaries, and respond more intentionally in both personal and professional situations.
