T&L 2900: ROOTS 2026-27

The ROOTS program is offered as a special benefit to UND alumni. ROOTS engages educators in building a supportive community of teachers across the region. 

Throughout the 2026-27, school year, participants can look forward to:
  • Connecting and collaborating with other new teachers. 
  • Receiving personalized coaching and ongoing support from a UND coach.
  • Engaging in regular professional learning, customized to meet the individual needs of first-year teachers.
  • Analyzing and addressing the dilemmas and problems-of-practice new teachers face in their first year.
  • Staying connected with UND while growing a career-long professional network of support.

Important Notice: Please do not submit payment on your own for this credit offering. Upon checkout, please select the "Mail a Check" option and submit your order without payment. After submitting your registration, you will receive two order confirmation emails:

  • Generic confirmation email, and
  • Detailed invoice/receipt email

(Allow up to 60 minutes for the detailed invoice/receipt to generate.) Once you receive the detailed invoice, please forward it to the Instructor of Record (IOR).

Cancellation Policy

If UND receives the Course Withdrawal Form 7 or more calendar days before the learning event start date, the fee paid to UND Professional Development for Educators minus a $35 processing fee will be refunded. If the fee paid to UND is less than $100 the processing fee will be waived. NO REFUNDS are available if a withdrawal notification is received 6 or less calendar days before the learning event start date.
