Biography: Logan Rutten is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Teaching, Leadership and Professional Practice at the University of North Dakota. Dr. Rutten studies and teaches practitioner inquiry in school-university partnerships as a form of professional learning for educators across the career span. His areas of methodological interest include qualitative case studies and systematic literature reviews.
